Your mission

In this position, you will be responsible for selling the entire product portfolio in the region and for establishing and expanding our customer relationships. 

Your tasks in detail:

Sales activities
  • Active market development and plan fulfilment in terms of sales and earnings
  • Responsibility for selling the entire product portfolio in the region
  • Acquiring new customers and sustainably establishing and expanding customer relationships
  • Advising customers on sales and product-specific issues
  • Working closely with the internal sales team on order processing
  • Defining and implementing sales activities in cooperation with other areas of the company such as marketing, product management and development
  • Market observation and analysis, presentation of market trends
  • Regular reporting to sales management
Supporting our users
  • Training doctors and hospital staff from a wide range of departments in the use and handling of endoscopic instruments and related technologies
  • Assisting surgeons during internships, operations and workshops
  • Independent planning, preparation and execution of activities and travel in coordination with all relevant internal and external interfaces
  • Product demonstrations, product training for users and internal training courses, including the corresponding documentation
  • Customer consulting at trade fairs and symposia, as well as demonstrations of the use of new products


Your profile

  • Degree in medical technology or vocational training in medical technology, preferably with further training in business administration
  • Professional experience in the sale of medical devices, alternatively as an application specialist or in product management
  • Medical technology knowledge, preferably in the field of spinal surgery
  • Experience in assisting with surgical procedures
  • Medical device consultant
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of learning about new topics
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Promotion of the use of new products
